Meet the Founder and CEO
Hi, I am Abe Sibiya
I present the SeedWay Leadership Training and Development Academy which is driven by a philosophy borne out of experiences of leadership in multiple industries, sectors, extensive travel, academic research and cultural immersion within the African, Middle Eastern and international setting.
You also have the chance to sample my first book as a published author, The Jacob Strategy. My interests range from being a songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, entrepreneur and owner of various businesses, Thought Leader, a media executive. I also offer countless lessons learned from being a community leader in an African cultural setting fused with the benefits of extensive international exposure within the business sector.
